How it works

Using Voxie Transcriptions is simple:

1. Make a recording using Voxie on your iPhone or iPod Touch.
2. Select Transcribe from the Actions menu.
3. Select the recipient(s) for the message. You can select yourself, any number of friends or anyone in your address book.
4. Your message is transcribed from voice to text and sent to the intended recipient(s). Short messages are usually sent in just a few minutes.
5. You receive an email copy of the message and a confirmation it was sent.
6. A backup of your recording is stored in your password-protected Voxiemail account

You can use Voxie Transcriptions for many things:

Voxiemail Transcription is superior to voice recognition

Accuracy is important. Unlike "automated" services, Voxie Transcriptions are done by Quicktate's staff of trained professionals to transcribe your recordings 24 hours a day. You can give directions such as "Type this as a list", and your pauses and "um's" won't be in the final message. This is an absolute requirement for business, legal and medical transcriptions. And now it's available to everyone at an extremely low price.
