SMS (Text) Service
This feature is currently disabled due to SMS abuse issues, we are actively working on bringing this back online.
We offer the ability to send your transcriptions via SMS (text) if you select this from Voxie's Action menu. This service is available when sending to a US-based mobile phone number. Your transcription will be sent in multiple SMS messages if it is more than 160 characters including the "Reply To" message. Your account will be charged 5 cents for each SMS sent to each recipient you designate in addition to any words you may use for transcription. These fees will be charged monthly in addition to your selected package.
* Most users dictate about 60 words per minute. By charging by the word and not by the minute, you are not rushed and only pay for the content of your dictation, not how long it takes to dictate.
** Only if you exceed the number of words in any billing period will the additional words will be billed at your package's "Additional Words" rate.
